- Accounting Advisory Expertise: Advises public and high-growth private companies on revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, debt–equity classification, stock-based compensation, and other sophisticated accounting matters.
- Financial Reporting Leadership: Supports management teams in navigating IPO readiness, technical accounting implementations, and transformational finance initiatives.
- Executive Insight: Combines technical precision with practical, real-world judgment – helping clients achieve clarity, compliance, and confidence in their financial reporting.
- Certified Expertise: Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Licensed by the California Board of Accountancy since 2017, demonstrating advanced technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Managing Director – Chicago office
Andrii Miski-Oglu has 25 years of international leadership experience spanning Big Four audit and advisory services with the focus on complex and/or specialized areas, technical accounting, finance transformation, and board-level governance.
- Big Four foundation: Throughout his career in EY, he provided high quality audits positioning clients for successful IPOs and market entry by ensuring robust financial infrastructure and transparent reporting.
- Digital Transformation & Financial Leadership: Andrii was also involved in EY Global Assurance initiatives helping develop and implement digital solutions to transform and support global practice as well as improve processes and tools to deliver exceptional client service.
- Corporate Governance & Risk Management: Serving as an independent Board member, provides strategic insight and deliver measurable impact across multinational environments to help strengthened stakeholder trust across organizations by improving audit transparency and risk reporting quality.
- Certified Expertise: Holds the U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, supported by a strong command of U.S. GAAP financial statements, IFRS financial statements, and internal control standards. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

- Big Four Experience: Began career in audit and assurance with top-tier audit firms in the U.S. and Ukraine, executing complex audits and high-stakes engagements.
- Transaction Advisory: Provided data-driven guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings within Big Four Transaction Advisory practices.
- Project CFO Experience: hands-on financial leadership, developing forward-looking financial models, defining strategic priorities, and setting clear financial goals for growing organizations.
